Use of Demo Edition is Highly Suggested

Our data management solutions are tried and give 100% successful outcomes. However, before buy, you must try the demo edition of the ideal program. We expect the clients to co-operate with us to help you with getting 100% satisfaction.

Get Complete Refund in 30 Days

If you want to return the unused package of BitVare Software product (Product Without Activation Key), then you can return the product Within 30 Days. Full Refund can only be possible if you return the Product or Software within 30 Days of Purchase.

Buyer Protection

By visiting www.bitvare.com, you agree to the rulings of State of Delhi, notwithstanding the conflict of laws principles, will administer these actions. And any kind of disagreement that might ascend between you and BitVare Software must be settled in the courts of New Delhi, INDIA, and you agree to jurisdiction in such courts.

Purchases Through an Authorized Re-Seller: The list of authorized re-seller are recorded on our BitVare Reseller’s Program Page. BitVare update this list consistently.

Refund Conditions

The customer is eligible to request the refund of the Product License within 30 days of the buy. You can claim a refund under the Return Criteria mentioned below:

Software License payment (cash back) refund won’t be accepted following 30 days of getting the product.

The refund process may take 15 days after the date of receiving the "Letter of Destruction". In the case of delay of refund, you will be notified via email from BitVare Software.

*Letter of Destruction: The customer provides in written that the software purchased from BitVare is destroyed from all the systems where it has been installed. It will allow BitVare Software to do an inspection over remote session where it was installed to ensure destruction. The inspection can be done anytime within 1 year of the date of purchase of product from BitVare Software and can happen with prior notice to the customer. Any proof of the item/software in the client’s computer after claiming the refund will be allowed to lawful proceedings.

BitVare reserve all the privileges to dismiss the refund requests of any client that doesn’t meet these refund conditions at our sole prudence. Unluckily, the bundled item/product can’t be refunded.
