The customer is eligible to request the refund of the Product License within 30 days of the buy. You can claim a refund under the Return Criteria mentioned below:
Software License payment (cash back) refund won’t be accepted following 30 days of getting the product.
- The product was bought from BitVare or authorized re-seller of BitVare.
- If the BirVare Support Team fails to help the customer in solving the software/product related problems.
- If the bought product/software fails to execute the guaranteed tasks, our Technical experts will give a right solution and if the problem still exists, BitVare will refund the invested money while buying the item. The amount will be determined as per the operation and issues solved by the product.
- If the licensed edition of any product doesn’t work accurately, then BitVare will help you to solve it.
- Signed “Letter of Destruction” is necessary for the refund process. The Letter of Destruction must be in email form. As per the refund policy, you need to send email on email@example.com within 30 days of the software purchase date.
The refund process may take 15 days after the date of receiving the "Letter of Destruction". In the case of delay of refund, you will be notified via email from BitVare Software.
*Letter of Destruction: The customer provides in written that the software purchased from BitVare is destroyed from all the systems where it has been installed. It will allow BitVare Software to do an inspection over remote session where it was installed to ensure destruction. The inspection can be done anytime within 1 year of the date of purchase of product from BitVare Software and can happen with prior notice to the customer. Any proof of the item/software in the client’s computer after claiming the refund will be allowed to lawful proceedings.
BitVare reserve all the privileges to dismiss the refund requests of any client that doesn’t meet these refund conditions at our sole prudence. Unluckily, the bundled item/product can’t be refunded.
Refunds Policy are Not Acceptable in the Following Cases

- Any lost or misdirected email.
